Are you packing the same product every day, or do your bag sizes, materials and production volumes change from one order to another? If you pack around 200 small bags per hour, manual bag placing may still work well. When the same line moves toward several hundred bags per hour, bag feeding can become the part that slows you down. And once you move from 25 kg sacks to 1-ton bulk bags, you are solving a different packaging problem altogether. For these situations, we offer semi-automatic bagging machines, fully automatic bagging machines, big bag filling machines and dedicated cold patch asphalt bagging equipment.
Which Fertilizer Bagging Machine Fits the Way You Produce?
Compare bag size, output and feeding method before looking at machine details.
Semi-Automatic Bagging Machine for 10–50 kg Bags: Single Hopper or Double Hopper
If one operator can still place empty bags without holding up production, you may not need automatic bag feeding yet. A semi-automatic bagging machine keeps this part manual, while weighing, clamping, filling, bag release and conveying run automatically. You remove the repetitive weighing and filling work but keep the packaging section relatively simple. This option also gives you more flexibility when you change products or bag sizes regularly.
Fully Automatic Bagging Machine for Continuous Higher Output
Our main change here is not simply a faster filler. It is removing manual bag placing from the cycle. When someone still has to pick up, open and position every bag, increasing weighing speed only helps up to a point. Once you reach several hundred bags per hour, the operator can become the part that determines your real output. A fully automatic bagging machine moves bag pickup, opening and placing into the automatic cycle, together with weighing, filling and sealing.
YTZB-300 Automatic Bag Feeding
For a suitable 25 kg woven-bag application, our YTZB-300 automatic bag feeder reaches at least 300 bags per hour. One bag storage position holds about 200 empty bags, so the operator does not need to stand beside the filling outlet and place every bag by hand. This configuration makes more sense when your upstream production is already steady and you want the packaging section to keep running at the same rhythm.
Automatic Sealing at 10–12 Bags per Minute

Automatic Mode with Manual Backup
You may want automatic operation during normal production without making maintenance unnecessarily difficult. For this reason, automatic and manual modes can remain available. Automatic mode handles normal production, while manual control gives your operators more flexibility during adjustment or maintenance. That keeps the line automated without making every small intervention dependent on the full automatic sequence.
Big Bag Filling Machine for 500–1500 kg Bulk Packaging
If most of your material goes directly into storage, transport or another industrial process, packing everything into 25–50 kg sacks may create more handling than you need. In that case, we would normally look at 500–1500 kg big bags instead. Our standard big bag filling machine handles powder, granules and powder-granule mixtures at around 20–40 bags per hour, with weighing accuracy of about 2–5‰.
Cold Patch Asphalt Bagging Machine: Single Head or Double Head
Cold patch asphalt does not flow like dry fertilizer or grain, so the first issue is how to move the material into the weighing section steadily. Our cold patch asphalt bagging machine uses a large storage hopper with U-shaped screw feeding instead of relying only on gravity.
If your asphalt mixer produces at a moderate rate, one filling head can handle around 240 bags per hour. A single-head setup therefore keeps the line simpler when it already matches your actual production.
When your mixer produces more continuously, the double-head version increases the packaging capacity to around 480 bags per hour. You can keep the same 10–50 kg bag range and give the packaging section enough capacity to follow the higher upstream output.
The U-shaped screw gives us controlled material movement before weighing. That matters with cold patch asphalt because inconsistent feeding can affect the filling cycle even when the weighing system itself is accurate. Once the material reaches the bag steadily, Our line can continue to automatic sewing at around 8–12 bags per minute, with filling accuracy of about ±2–5‰.
Build Your Fertilizer Packaging Solution with YUSHUNXIN
When we configure a bagging machine, we normally start with three practical points: what you are packing, what bag you are using and how many bags you need per hour.
From there, the choice becomes much clearer. We can see whether you need more filling capacity, automatic bag feeding, bulk-bag packaging or a feeder designed around a difficult material. Our aim is not to add the most automation. It is to remove the part of packaging that is actually holding your production back. If you are facing these problems in your bagging line, please contact YUSHUNXIN, and we are here to help you.
Ultimately, you gain more than a bagging machine. You can receive a complete packaging system that improve efficiency, reduce labor costs, support future expansion, and help your business achieve stable, long-term production.
