For your 100 TPH project, we can configure five or more 3 × 3 m dynamic batching bins according to your raw materials and formula requirements.

With multiple large-volume bins, different fertilizer components can be stored separately, allowing you to prepare multiple formulas without frequent material replacement.

Before the materials enter the SXBJ-2010 rotary drum mixer, the dynamic batching system automatically weighs and controls the feeding amount of each bin according to the selected formula.

We can configure six B600 belt conveyors to connect the dynamic batching system, SXBJ-2010 rotary drum mixer, and packaging section.

The conveyor uses a 600 mm wide V rubber belt with 4 layers and 10 mm thickness, together with support structures, moving wheels, and angle adjustment devices.

This allows the conveying route to adapt to your factory layout and production arrangement.

The SXBJ-2010 Rotary Drum BB Fertilizer Mixer is selected for high-capacity BB fertilizer production. With a production capacity of 70–100 TPH, the mixer provides the blending capacity required for continuous operation at this scale.

For bulk fertilizer supply, we can configure an automatic big bag packing machine for 500–1500 kg bags according to your requirements.

The system completes automatic bag supply, bag loading, ważenie, filling, opieczętowanie, and finished bag conveying. With a packaging speed of 20–40 bags per hour and weighing accuracy of 2–5‰, it helps you handle large-volume fertilizer packaging with less manual operation.

After filling, the finished big bags can be transferred by the conveying system and moved by forklift or crane for storage, stacking, or loading.

As a reference, a 60–80 TPH BB fertilizer line layout uses a workshop of about 65 m in length and 15 m in width, with conveyors connecting the batching, mieszanie, i sekcje pakowania.
