When choosing your first fertilizer production method, you may compare different options based on investment, operation complexity, and product flexibility.

A 10 T/H BB Fertilizer Plant allows you to produce your own NPK fertilizers by blending finished fertilizer granules such as urea, SALTO, MAPA, and MOP. Compared with more complex fertilizer manufacturing processes, BB blending does not require additional granulation, el secado, and cooling sections, making the production setup easier to manage.

This makes BB blending suitable for businesses that want to start fertilizer production with a simpler setup and flexible product options.

Different NPK products require different ratios of raw materials such as urea, SALTO, MAPA, and MOP.

YUSHUNXIN configures storage silos and the SXBC-3 automatic batching system according to your raw material categories. Different fertilizer components are stored separately, and each silo controls its feeding amount according to the selected formula.

The PLC control system adjusts feeding speed through preset parameters, helping you prepare multiple NPK products with the same production system.

YUSHUNXIN selects a BB fertilizer mixer that uses drum rotation to keep fertilizer granules rolling and tumbling during mixing. This method helps different components blend gradually while reducing unnecessary damage to the original granules.

For a 10 T/H BB Fertilizer Plant, a 5–10 T/H BB fertilizer mixer is selected according to production requirements. The mixer uses a 1.5 m revolving drum, 0.7 m³ hopper, and 20° installation inclination to match this production range.

Fertilizer corrosion is also an important consideration during long-term operation. Stainless steel lining can be added to material-contact areas when additional corrosion protection is required.

To solve this problem, YUSHUNXIN uses vertical conveying solutions such as bucket elevators instead of relying only on long horizontal conveyors. By using the factory height, the conveying system connects different production sections while keeping the equipment arrangement more compact.

The SXNE50 bucket elevator is designed for fertilizer material transfer, with a conveying capacity of 35–60 m³/h and a lifting height of up to 45 metro.

The mixing speed and packaging speed may not always be exactly the same during production.

A 4 m³ temporary buffer hopper provides short-term storage between the BB fertilizer mixer and packaging machine, allowing the two sections to work more independently and reducing the impact of short-term speed differences.

The system supports 15–60 kg fertilizer bags, with a weighing accuracy of approximately ±0.2% and a packaging speed of 300–480 bags per hour. Compared with manual bagging, this semi-automatic solution helps reduce repetitive operations while maintaining stable packaging performance.
