Are you looking for a fertilizer production process that lowers both investment and operating costs? Wenn Ihre Rohstoffe bereits trockene Pulver sind, the fertilizer dry granulation method is often the most economical choice. Instead of adding water, this process forms fertilizer granules through high-pressure mechanical compaction. daher, it eliminates drying and cooling equipment, reduces energy consumption, simplifies plant layout, and shortens installation time. Whether you produce NPK-Dünger, phosphate fertilizer, Mineraldünger, oder Bodenverbesserer, dry granulation offers an efficient and cost-effective production solution.
Which Raw Materials Are Suitable for the Fertilizer Dry Granulation Method?
One advantage of the fertilizer dry granulation method is its ability to process many dry powder materials without additional moisture adjustment.
It is suitable for common NPK raw materials, phosphate fertilizers, KaliumdüngerS, and mineral powders such as Rohphosphat, Kalkstein, Dolomit, Bentonit, Und Gips.
As long as the material has low moisture content and good compressibility, it can usually enter the production line directly, reducing both processing steps and energy consumption.
How Does the Fertilizer Dry Granulation Method Work?
A dry granulation line combines automatic conveying, Chargenbildung, Granulation, Screening, and packaging into one continuous process. Produktionsprozess: Raw Material Storage → Automatic Batching → Mixing → Double Roller Press Granulation → Crushing → Screening → Automatic Packaging
Erste, the batching system accurately weighs each raw material according to your fertilizer formula. Nächste, a horizontal mixer blends the materials evenly before granulation. Compared with manual batching, automatic weighing improves formula accuracy and makes product changes much easier.
Nach dem Mischen, the material enters the Doppelwalzenpressgranulator. Two counter-rotating rollers compress the powder into dense sheets without adding water or steam. In der Zwischenzeit, the PLC system automatically adjusts feeding speed and roller pressure to maintain stable granule quality.
Nächste, a crusher breaks the compacted sheets into fertilizer granules. Dann, Eine Rotationssiebmaschine trennt qualifiziertes Granulat von Über- und Unterkorn. The system automatically recycles off-size materials back to the granulator, improving raw material utilization and reducing waste. Endlich, the packaging system weighs, füllt, and seals each fertilizer bag automatically.
Why Is the Double Roller Press Granulator the Core of the Production Line?
The double roller press granulator has the greatest influence on both production efficiency and finished granule quality.
High-Pressure Granulation
Instead of using water, the machine forms dense fertilizer granules through mechanical extrusion. Infolge, the process remains simple while producing consistent granules.Flexible Production
By changing the roller molds, you can produce different granule sizes and shapes without replacing the entire production line.Reliable Continuous Operation
Wear-resistant alloy rollers provide long service life, while PLC control maintains stable feeding and roller pressure during continuous production. How Can Fertilizer Dry Granulation Method Help Meet Environmental Requirements?
Besides lowering energy consumption, dry granulation also simplifies environmental management.
